Fitness Goals:

February/March

  • Run 1 mile without passing out

  • Get moving at least 1 hour/day for a month without giving up

  • Drink at least 64oz of water a day

When I Hit my goal:

  • Since my goal is to lose 100 lbs, I need to celebrate big (no pun intended)! Imagine being able to go to NYC and stay at The Plaza Hotel in a Eloise suite designed by Betsey Johnson herself? That’s what I’m gonna do! After I’m in NY I’m going to do what I’ve wanted to do for the last 10 years… go into a boutique and buy some clothes!!! Of course, I think it may be a Betsey dress…. Any of you who hit your goal weight by the time I do, lets meet in NYC! How awesome is that~!?

    Girl! I know you can do it and it will even be easier then you had ever thought. Donnie has been following the weightwatchers plan (did pay for it, just counting points and eating Smartones) and he has lost like 30lbs! Can wait to see your results and hear how good you feel.
